NI acquired the assets of NMDG NV effective Oct 15, 2012.
Marc Vanden Bossche, NMDG founder and the employees bring significant experience and expertise in high-frequency measurements and network analysis. They serve as the foundation for NI to establish a Network Analysis Center of Excellence to work closely with our partners and lead users and develop measurement and modeling architectures on NI’s platform, influencing the future product roadmaps of NI.
